Our Company moved to the Walpole Station Business Center in 2002. At that time the building was owned and operated by different management. We always loved the appeal of the area with good interstate access in a small New England Community with the ability to get to Boston or Providence in 30 minutes. Recently, the Manzo Company [in partnership with Tambone Investment Group and Old Hill Partners] purchased the building and our office immediately went from a location of convenience to a great location period. The [new management company] delivers premium service to their tenants and is constantly improving the interior and exterior appearance of the Center. As a company with over 40 locations throughout the Northeast, having a building owner and manager who truly cares about the building and its tenants is critical. We are very fortunate to have exactly that at our Walpole headquarters.

"We have been happy tenants for ten plus years. We have been exceptionally pleased with the transition of the site to The Manzo Company. We started with 4,000 square feet in 2002 and we lease more than 39,000. The attention to detail to keep the facilities well-kept and improved is appreciated as well as the personal attention to our facility needs. Move in, and like us, you'll never move out."

"Humble Warrior Yoga has found the Walpole Station Business Center to be a wonderful home for our students and teachers. The Ownership are genuinely interested in our success and have been available to support us in every way possible. We consider ourselves fortunate to run the studio out of 85 West Street."
